Our client is a leading, global investment bank which is enjoying continued success and expansion. They are increasing headcount within the Finance Change Management team as a result of continued demand to support the business. This is a permanent role with superb potential for career development.  

You will be responsible for project management and business analysis support across Asia Pacific on initiatives impacting the Product Control function. Reporting to the regional head and partnering with senior management, product controllers and the IT function, you will focus on strategic, global build the bank change programs and other growth initiatives. These are high profile projects focused on significantly re-engineering the product control and wider finance processes. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Post graduate qualification such as MBA/Accounting, Prince2/PMI or ACA/ACCA/CPA etc
• A minimum of 7 years work experience within an investment bank
• Proven track record of success working in a finance project management role
• Excellent working knowledge of trading systems, front to back investment banking business processes and investment banking products
• Experience of liaising with senior management / key decision makers
• Exposure to the product control or middle office environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
