We help a wide range of clients – including financial institutions, corporations, hedge funds and other asset managers as well as professional traders and individuals – define and execute trading and hedging strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

MF Global Singapore Pte. Limited is looking to employ an experience derivatives dealer to join the centralized derivative dealing desk in Singapore.

The role covers the following:

• Manage a large derivatives order book
• Dealing for private and professional traders from Australia and Asia
• Deal confirmations
• Trading via “Pit” and electronic trading platforms
• Market commentary to clients as and when required

To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

• Minimum 2 years experience dealing derivatives
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global derivatives markets
• Microsoft Excel spreadsheet knowledge is an advantage
• Self motivated
• Excellent people, social and communication skills.
• English and Mandarin language skills
• Willing to work USA market trading hours
• CMFAS Modules 2 and 7 required, Module 5 would be an added advantage.
