You will work for a subsidiary of IMC, based in Zug, Switzerland. IMC Zug specializes in automated trading of futures, stocks and FX spot rates on a high frequency scale.

                                                              Front Office Developer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interface with traders to collect system requirements

• Build trading tools and systems based on core framework which adhere to standards

• Identify weaknesses within trading systems and suggest improvements

• Responsibility for full testing and rollout applications

Knowledge and skill requirements

• Bachelor or higher education degree in computer science or similar path of study

• Strong Java skills and strong knowledge of different architectures and design patterns

• Strong knowledge of Unix or Linux

• Understanding of the tools and processes required for large scale software development

• Eagerness for trading business knowledge

• Strong communication skills

• Flexible, proactive, hands-on mentality, able to work independently in a team setting

• Fluent in English
