About our client
Our client is a well known financial institution in Luxembourg. As they expand their activities, they are looking for a Consolidation Manager who will supervise complexe accounting and consolidation matters.
Job description
- You are responsible for the General Ledger maintenance
- You are responsible for books closing and accounts analysis
- You are in charge of the subsidiaries (SPVs) accounts review
- You prepare the Luxembourg Holding entities Financial Statements
- You are in charge of the consolidated Trial Balances
- You prepare the Consolidated Financial Statements
- You make the expenditure control and Budget follow-up
- You work in close relation with the auditors
- You are responsible for internal financial instruments management
- You are responsible for Investors Funds Statements
- You are in charge of payable and receivable accounts and more specifically the collection of
interests and capital related to the internal financial instruments as well as funds repatriation to Investors
- You supervise the Bank reconciliation
- You work on the actual cash flow analysis and Preparation of forecast of cash flow
- You are in contacts with Banks
- You are responsible for VAT compliance and Corporate tax compliance
Who we are looking for
- You have a University degree or equivalent in Economics or Finance (CPA, ACCA,...)
- You have around 5 years experience, ideally in audit or in a similar company
- You have a strong experience in consolidation
- You have strong communication skills
- You are diplomat and you can respect deadlines
- You are autonomous and flexible
- You are open minded
- You are team member and you like to work in close collaboration with your colleagues
- You like to improve processes and you are curious
- You want to evolve within a small and professional team
- You are fluent in English, any other language is a strong asset
