Role Purpose:
This role will examine business change initiatives (new products, instruments, changes to processes, new technologies) to assess degree to which they will reduce or increase operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Suggest design improvements to reduce risk
• Advise risk coordinators embedded within business units of areas of impact to enable them to review associated controls with line management and to consider Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and AAF implications
• Review risks associated with delivering overall portfolio of change (roadmap) with the Head of Development and the Head of Head of Engagement, PMO & Project Management and to work collaboratively to mitigate these risks
• Escalate any areas where due process is not being followed in project delivery thereby compromising ongoing SOX compliance
• Undertake project health checks as requested
• Facilitate lessons learned workshops as requested
• Attend roadmap governance meetings (GCR)
