Traditum Group LLC is a medium sized proprietary trading company. We are currently looking to add a sharp experienced tech to our Rolling Meadows location. Position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities will consist of:

• Monitoring risk
• Managing computers and cases with Dell technicians
• Managing inventory
• Troubleshooting desktop issues related to messaging, email, trading, charting, blogging, forum administration
• Cable management
• Monitor arrangement
• Manage battery backups
• Installing and preparing new trader setups
• Home setups for traders

Interpersonal skills required:

• Experience working in a high demand and fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and email communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Able to manage and prioritize given tasks
• Working independently

Work experience required:

• 1 year IT support experience in trading industry

Technical skills required:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Broad technical knowledge of hardware and software
• Experience with level 1 and level 2 desktop support in a Windows XP environment
• Basic TCP/IP networking
• Video cards and Monitors

Education required:

The successful candidate must have formal schooling in Computer Systems.

Hours: 12am to 8am
