ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (M/F)

About our client:
Cordea Savills is an international property fund manager with offices in London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Stockholm, Luxembourg and Singapore as well as in Bangalore via our joint venture, Cordea Nichani.
We create investment opportunities for our clients, matching their requirements in terms of risk/return profile and geographical and sector preferences. We currently manage ¬2.97 billion* of gross assets on behalf of pension funds, insurance companies, charities/endowments, fund of funds, qualified professional investors and family offices.
Cordea Savills is 40% owned by management and 60% owned by Savills Plc, a leading international property consultancy.

The role is partly a new position with both business administration responsibilities as well as accounting and reporting related responsibilities in close cooperation with the Director of Finance as well as the rest of the team. The position will be placed in the Stockholm.

Description:
- Developing and executing policies and routines for financial administration, budget planning, tax, corporate planning
- Providing accurate, complete and up to date financial information
- All aspects of accounting/reporting as Statutory Accounts, Management Accounts, Budget and Forecast
- Implementation of new reporting processes and reporting to UK Holding company
- Create an appropriate control environment
- Assisting the Finance Director with projects/acquisitions/finance/tax

Candidate profile:
- University Degree and preferably 1-3 years relevant experience
- Experience from Audit in a Big 4 environment is an excellent background
- Experience from Real Estate is a plus
- We are looking for a young high potential with a willingness to grow with the company
- Most important is the candidate prestige less mindset since the day to day tasks will vary
