Our client a large International Bank is looking for a new Head of Equity Asset Management to take over and lead their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They have grown their asset management team and are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of the team and continue to lead innovation in the equities department. Its currently a team of 20+ people with $ 9 billion + under management. This person will oversee the Equities team including Equity Portfolio Managers and Analysts. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with the sales team to sell the asset management function and will have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. A long track record of equity portfolio management at a large institution is required, with a consistent and verifiable track record. This role reports directly to the CEO. This is an excellent opportunity with a reputable firm. The selected candidate will get a full relocation package and a very competitive compensation and benefits package. Arabic language skills are NOT a requirement of the role, as most of the group speaks English. This role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
