- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Acrobat. Prepare, update, maintain and disseminate various reports, assist in creation/formatting of presentations and complete special projects as needed
- Manage executive’s calendar including scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, arranging travel, etc
- Provide full secretarial and clerical duties such as typing correspondence, filing, faxing, copying, and ordering supplies
- Provide research support to the group
- Prepare/distribute meeting notices and make dining/conference room reservations
- Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements and corresponding travel itineraries
- Prepare travel authorizations and expense reports ensuring that they conform to the travel and reimbursement policies, prior to approval
- Manage contacts and organize business cards
- Sort and distribute department mail and faxes
- Strong team player. Must be willing to offer assistance to all department members when there is a need
Incumbent must have a minimum of five years experience working in a corporate environment. An understanding of the investment management industry is desirable. College degree preferred. Must be available to start work at 7 a.m. or earlier.
