Our client is an established and successful corporate services organisation with operations throughout Asia. An opportunity now exists for a senior management specialist to join the business as Managing Director, Hong Kong.

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Group CEO, the Managing Director will hold full profit and loss accountability and will be responsible for driving strategy and growth for the business. You will manage existing client relationships as well as the professional services and business development teams which comprise approximately 30 staff. Critical to the continued success of the business will also be the implementation and leadership of a cohesive business development approach. Furthermore, the Managing Director will drive product development and service innovation for adoption across the region while ensuring consistency in service levels and delivery.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Professional qualifications with a min of 15 years' experience in professional or financial services
• A background in management and / or business development roles
• Strong network of senior level contacts in Hong Kong's professional and financial services sectors
• Clear vision for structuring business development and quality focused client services activity
• Native English language skills; Cantonese and / or Mandarin desirable but not mandatory
