Our client is a top-tier European Investment Bank and a market leader in Derivatives products. As part of their commitment to grow the Asian business, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Project Manager to join the Regional Product Control team.

Reporting to the Change Management Functional Leader, you will manage the Derivatives change portfolio for product control in the region covering a wide range of Derivatives products. You will handle system implementation and process change related to front to back business process and controls, front to back infrastructure, product flows, ledger accounting, P&L processes, valuations and trade level risks. You will be responsible for business case creation, project planning, resource planning, design and analysis, testing, post implementation support, covering the whole project lifecycle. You will lead and participate in global/regional projects as well as smaller local initiatives. You will work closely with the Business, Product Controllers, Finance, Operations and IT in the region.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• A university degree, project management certification would be highly advantageous
• Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience in Product Control / Financial Control and Project Management
• Experience in projects/change management leadership or participation
• Good knowledge of Equities and Derivatives products
• Understanding of the generic front to back processes and controls in trading business
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Fluency in English
