Our client is a commercial bank with its branch office in Singapore.

The Position

• Check all FX/Options deals against Reuters Conversations and Internet platforms to ensure counterparty rates, value date, amount, currency and standard settlement instructions are matching.

• Prepare MEPS and swift payments as well as Securities confirmations

• Monitor daily MAS funds on the MEPS system

• Validate Capital Market deals and payments in the processing system Summit TCI

• Send Swift standard settlements instructions to counterparties when there are amendments or a new counterparty is initiated.

• Manage discrepancies in the accounting entries related to the deals/Flexcube nostro accounts

The Candidate

• At least 5 years' experience in settlements in FX/MM.

• The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience.

• Well versed with Flexcube system will be an added advantage.  

?Should be able to work under pressure and be very hands on.
