This is a true leadership role. You are not required to be hands-on in terms of project delivery. Rather, you will build & grow project excellence by up-skilling and enhancing the competencies of your current staff through a significant targeted hiring campaign.

Reporting into the Head of IT Portfolio & Business Management you will have responsibility for leading the Technology Practice in Singapore. The aim being to rapidly grow, manage and strengthen project delivery expertise across the region.

You will demonstrate inspirational leadership capabilities within the banking sector whilst ensuring individual development is achieved through the establishment of a clear model for career progression within the practice.
