Responsibilities:-

• Partnering the Group Treasurer and COO of Group Treasury, you will lead and direct all aspects of business management for Group Treasury

• Oversight of all aspects of Group Treasury operations including trade initiation, capture, settlement and fee generation

• Strategic development, implementation and management of Group Treasury infrastructure and systems architecture

• Oversight of all aspects of Group Treasury projects and lead Group Treasury’s input to all Group wide projects

• To lead/direct the operating model for the Group ALCO (and all sub ALCO’s Divisionally/Regionally) and to own the Global operating model of Group Treasury

• Responsible for the Group Treasurer’s relationship management plan with Divisions (CEO’s/CFO’s), ensuring timely and constructive interaction takes place

• Member of the Group Treasury leadership team and Treasurers forums, providing a Treasury Operational perspective on business strategy and actions

• Responsibility for all Human Resource matters for Group Treasury

Experience:-

• Extensive banking, treasury and related regulatory experience gained from working within a large treasury function

• Knowledge of treasury products / operating model

• Professional Accounting / Treasury qualification or equivalent

• Ability to ensure the Group Treasurer is fully equipped to articulate performance, strategy & risk of Group Treasury

• Ability to build rapport and influence both regionally and globally
