FUNCTIONS…

• Fixed Income Origination covering French Corporate Issuers, based in Paris
• Successful candidates will have a 7-12 year experience in Investment Banking- including Debt Capital Markets, M&A, Corporate Banking, Debt Advisory…- of which a minimum 5 year experience in Fixed Income Origination covering Blue Chip French Corporates.

This FI position requires

• Advising French corporates on strategic funding. Experience in origination and execution of the whole Fixed Income products range, including senior debt (public and private issues), hybrids, debt advisory proposals, liability management (exchangeables) and interest rate hedging alternatives.
• Solid and comprehensive client portfolio, with an extensive track-record of recently executed transactions.
• Proven ability to attract and cement new business relationships at senior level. Existing dialogue at CFO/ Head of Finance companies´ level.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination and networking skills, liaising with local Relationship Bankers, Industry Bankers, debt syndicate and Derivatives teams. Direct report to the Head of Fixed Income EMEA-Corporates Group. 
• Fluent in FRENCH (mother tongue or bilingual) and ENGLISH. SPANISH will be a bonus, although not essential.
