An Edinburgh based Asset Management house is seeking a technically minded Risk Manager who will be responsible for the team that will develop and implement of broader Risk Management Framework assisting the Senior Managers within the Company to manage the key enterprise wide risks.

Key responsibilities will include:

• 

Develop the Risk Management Framework into an efficient and effective risk management tool that meets industry standards.

• 

Manage the operation of this including the identification of key risks, quantification of their impact and integration with current ICAAP processes.

• 

Assist the senior management of the Company to implement the cultural change required to effectively manage these risks.

• 

Assist in the development and enhancement of processes and practices within the Company Secretary’s wider team with a view to ensuring that the team operates effectively and efficiently;

• Build strong relationships with the rest of the Company Secretary’s team and other areas of the company.

In this role you will need to be a confident communicator with a great deal of experience within Financial Services industry and specifically within Investment Management. You should be able to contribute to a number of projects and have strong investigatory skills.
