The successful candidate must be a seasoned player with a degree in business, finance or related field. Principal Traders trade exclusively for the firms own account and trading lines are based upon experience and performance.  The candidate is encouraged to transact business in any sector they choose and are expected to demonstrate exceptional risk management skills at all times. Traders will receive a fixed payout of their net trading profits. Individual payouts are not tied to the performance of other traders at the firm.
