Client Services Administrator Spanish native and English fluent (ref 0910-29ET)

15 months CDD

Your main role:

  • handling all types of customer queries by phone or mail
  • research, resolve and respond to queries in a professional, timely and reliable manner
  • monitor incoming transactions from key customers with regards to certain selected funds
  • ensure that problems with key clients are escalated appropriately
  • liaise and coordinate with different departments

Your profile:

  • Spanish native
  • plus fluent spoken and written English (French and Italian is an advantage)
  • 1 year experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
  • outstanding organisation, communication and presentation skills
  • excellent PC skills
  • professional and service-orientated attitude
  • you live in Luxembourg or within commuting distance
