Client Services Administrator Spanish native and English fluent (ref 0910-29ET)

Your main role:
- handling all types of customer queries by phone or mail
- research, resolve and respond to queries in a professional, timely and reliable manner
- monitor incoming transactions from key customers with regards to certain selected funds
- ensure that problems with key clients are escalated appropriately
- liaise and coordinate with different departments
Your profile:
- Spanish native
- plus fluent spoken and written English (French and Italian is an advantage)
- 1 year experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
- outstanding organisation, communication and presentation skills
- excellent PC skills
- professional and service-orientated attitude
- you live in Luxembourg or within commuting distance
