My client is a joint venture Business whose major share holder is one of the world's largest brands.

It is currently on a journey aimed at doubling the size of what is already an international manufacturing business which spans four continents.

Central to the strategy is creating an exceptional central team which can contribute and lead the business forward becoming a recognised 'world class organisations'.

The New CEO has identified about ten key appointments who will all be based in a single site which will not be diluted by anyone been based at the new leadership office, who doesn't need to be there- this will create a truly dynamic working environment and one where personal growth is bound to be achieved.

Part of the strategic plan has been to introduce Internal Audit for the first time; this person will be the second hire into the function. This in itself will offer an excellent opportunity for the selected person.

You will need to be a highly motivated professional individual who had a least one role beyond the likely BIG FOUR starting point. You will need to have a reasonably broad base which covers operational and financial Audit.

The CEO and the Head of the Audit Committee are both high profile individuals in their own right. You will need therefore to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is not a role for a compliance box tickers - it's about risk management and process improvement.
