The post holder will be very much part of the management of the business and will be involved in both financial planning and investment strategy. They will display leadership and breadth of knowledge in the key business processes,systems and policies. The ability to multi task will be needed in looking at combinations of IT upgrades, revenue collections,budgeting or operational control.
Candidates for this role are likely to possess an accounting qualification and a breadth of operational experience. This is a key hire and candidates will need previous experience of ops,financial controls and compliance but especially ops as the group buys and trades a variety of instruments . A hands on self starter is essential as will be experience of alternatives. Experience in firms of under 20 people is preferred.
