Our client is a leading global bank with a sizeable property portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. Due to the size of the portfolio and the operational challenges associated with managing its scope across a large disparate environment, they are currently looking for a Regional Contracts Manager to drive efficiencies across the region. This is a newly created role reporting into the Head of Real Estate for APAC. It will see you being responsible for:

• Contract negotiation with numerous outsourced Facilities Management vendors and putting in place standardized service level agreements and KPI’s
• Developing Master Contracts
• Improve and develop the internal Service Centre who support maintenance issues, lease administration, space & occupancy planning and look to expand/better utilize their service capabilities into other areas
• Change Management
• Promote and lead improvement initiatives to increase contract efficiencies, improve systems and processes and deliver cost savings.

This is an exciting role that will suit someone who has a strong understanding of Corporate Services and Real Estate operations, ideally from an FM background. You will enjoy the challenge of working closely with each of the country managers to drive procedural and operational changes on the ground whilst keeping a strategic focus on the portfolio as a whole.
