Our client is a leading investment bank that is in the process of opening a new office in Saudi Arabia and is seeking to recruit a CFO as part of the senior management team. Reporting to the CEO and to the Regional CFO (based in the UAE) the job offers an interesting opportunity to set up the the local finance function and, as the office grows, recruit and manage a finance team. The role will initially be very hands-on and you will be responsible for all areas of finance including: preparing financial reports, producing monthly, quarterly and year-end reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, fixed assets, taxation and expense management. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in developing a business plan for the region and constantly seeking ways to improve the financial systems and processes.
This job requires a professionally Qualified Accountant with considerable banking experience (8 years+), ideally gained with a global investment bank.
