In our London Office we are looking for a senior management-level professional to help us grow our Trading and Risk Management service offerings – particularly in the Financials sector.

Director - Client Executive (Financial Services)

As Director – Client Executive you will use your background in both Consulting Project Delivery and Sales to support a portfolio of clients in our Financial Services business, especially in the Investment Banks. You will leverage your extensive expertise in selling and delivering compelling solutions for capital market firms and business units. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership on a variety of topics including strategy, trends and best practices.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in sales activities by opening, shaping, closing, negotiating, expanding, and managing senior relationships
• Create a compelling vision and strategy for our clients and inspire people to adopt it
• Understand the components of marketing and develop an effective marketing strategy for our clients
• Lead your project team to realize most appropriate solutions for our clients
• Monitor progress of projects and identify and solve potential risks
• Inspire and develop your team to achieve exceptional performance and individual growth
• Understand and run the day-to-day functions of your business against targets, including revenue, profitability, and compliance with corporate policy and procedures
• Understand financial statements and the levers within our business
•  Participate in making key investment and operational decisions regarding Sapient`s operations and structure of the business

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree desirable
• Extensive Capital Markets expertise. Significant domain knowledge in capital markets across asset classes and front/mid/back office functions
• Profound consulting experience including strong experience in managing clients and managing to a revenue/profit target
• Experience in managing teams of 20+ people
• Developed and successfully managed projects with at least $5MM+ in annual revenue
• Proven ability to sell and penetrate new markets / clients
• Ability to understand, communicate, and manage across the entire project lifecycle
• Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to clients business
• Ability to apply technology in an appropriate way to meet business requirements
• Frequent overnight and occasional overseas travel is required
