Our client is one of the top tier bulge bracket, they are currently hiring a Senior Coverage Banker/ Origination Banker either at VP or SVP level to join their HK team to expand and serve their exist corporate clients.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Team- HK. You are required to develop and manage existing relationships with Hong Kong and Chinese listed companies by providing solution-based products to help clients in managing their balance sheet. You should utilizing firm wide resources to come up with trade ideas that are suitable to each client. You will be required to manage existing corporate clients and acquire new corporate relationships for the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience working as a Coverage Banker in the Investment Bank or in the ECM Origination, IBD (HK Coverage) or Commercial/Corporate Bank covering HK & China listed clients
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Well versed in cash, liability and asset management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience dealing with CFO or even higher level management in the corporations, and able to deal with HK & China corporate' s top management
  • HK SFC paper 1
