Excelsior has been engaged to conduct a search for this innovative and dynamic organisation offering front and middle office software solutions to investment managers and hedge funds. The company is well established, financially stable and a leader in its field with a significant market share and always evolving with new and innovative solutions. Consequently they are expanding their London team with an additional new business hunter who will focus on hedge funds
You'll need to be able to show:
• At least 3+ years sales experience with vendor offering either market data / research / analytical / technology solutions to the buy side and hedge funds.
• A proven track record of hitting / exceeding new business sales targets.
• Recognised as a sales hunter - not an account manager - this role is not about looking after existing clients / revenue retention, it requires a sales professional with the ability to establish the first contact, and manage the sales process through to the end - with multiple deals to juggle.
• Pan European sales experience and/or language skills would be beneficial.
