Candidate with min 3 yrs exp in PPP or PFI in a corporate finance or banking discipline required to join high profile financial institution. Excellent opportunity for career progression.

The Challenge
Role will include:

  • Prepare the financial components of procurement/legal documentation for projects
  • prepare financial models which provide whole life costing of infrastructure projects
  • Evaluate financial submissions throughout the procurement process including financial robustness testing, Net Present Value of tenders, etc;
  • Prepare general financial advisory / evaluation work on projects e.g. balance sheet treatment, alternative funding schemes, etc.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification, have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills in addition a min of 3 years direct experience in PPP/ Project Finance capacity essential.

Our client is a well established institution based in Dublin C.C.

The Compensation

The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience.
