. Challenges of the position include:

• Works as a consulting team member or an individual consultant on for-fee product implementation, integration, or software upgrade projects.
• Leads clients through all functional phases of implementation according to Allegro Implementation Methodology.
• Day-to-day management of project deliverables and supervision of project team.
• Provides project appraisals for team members on assigned client engagements.
• Responsible for weekly status reports and communication with client regarding project status, risks and issues.
• Serves as energy industry subject matter expert in field of expertise as it relates to business software functionality. Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on the implementation of Allegro’s proprietary software products.
• Contributes industry expertise to create educational materials for internal and customer end-user training on use of Allegro applications.

Qualifications for consideration:

 Ideal candidates for senior consulting will have extensive experience in the energy industry, particularly energy trading, physical movement of commodities, and energy risk management.

This is a direct client-facing role with responsibility for deliverables within scope for enterprise software implementation. Experience with other energy trading and risk management (ETRM) or related systems, particularly software implementation experience, is highly desirable.

Dynamic and credible presence, outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead and train others is a must!
