They are now inviting prospective high flying agency executives with life insurance experience for the below post. Our client is highly respected in the market and offers a dynamic working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the division in providing support for development of agency distribution channels
• Developed strategic plans to achieve key results regarding production, recruitment, persistency, activity ratio and retention rate
• Assist in formulation of business and sales strategies for agency channel
• Provide guidance in agency management for subordinate
• Develop expectations and establish working relationships with agency leader
• Conduct periodic staff meeting to promote teamwork and communications

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree graduate
• Over 10 years solid experience in sales management, agency management and support
• Familiar with agency culture and life insurance
• Analytical and presentable; excellent communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
