Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business intelligence and data configuration on strategic and operational level
• Work closely with business development and content sourcing team in content and data acquisition and contract negotiation
• Implement the best practice in data quality, data accuracy, cleaning, enriching, modeling and architecture
• Manage cross functional data warehouse development projects
• Responsible and accountable for data quality-control and development, analysis, reporting and audit of content information and KPI measurements
• Lead a team in developing data management systems, analyzing data relationship to establish database schema to perform ETL function and quality control on our proprietary models
• Assist the Head of Research and Content Management in day to day data and content operations

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• CFA and MBA qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in data development and operation management
• Domain experience in Financial Services/Investment Management a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good understanding of content policy rationale to ensure relevancy of information collection and analysis
• Proven experience in dealing with issues like data modeling, metadata management, UAT and data project management
• Experience in data mapping into financial template or models
• Experience in information management technologies, such as data warehouse and data mining
