Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and management of Prime Brokerage service desk in Singapore for the pan-Asia business across products
- In-depth and working knowledge of both synthetic and traditional prime brokerage
- working knowledge across margin, risk, equity finance/stock loan, and trading strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for both external Client contacts and working with business units and internal groups
- Able to handle pressure, and to think quickly and logically to solve complex issues and problems
Qualifications
Min 2 years in managing service desk function or 5 year s on the PB service desk
Strong communications skills
Strong leadership skills, self initiative and wiliness to build and develop a team
Strong team player
