Overview: A vacancy has arisen for an HR Advisor to support the delivery of HR Business Strategy and implement People Strategy to the various stakeholder businesses within the Offshore Group, across different geographic locations with diverse legislation, markets and cultures (primarily responsible for Channel Islands, Cayman Islands and Dublin). You will work to ensure that the client is provided with professional advice, support and guidance on HR Issues. Together with HR colleagues, you will ensure that corporate HR programs are delivered to the client effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business demand across the various stakeholder businesses within the Offshore Group into HR Solutions (HRS)
• Challenge the business to ensure an aligned/integrated people strategy that reflects business need and is consistent with Deutsche Bank standards
• Provide advice and guidance to business heads and management to effectively manage and resolve staffing issues
• Provide pragmatic, creative and positive solutions and ensure all actions conform to legislative requirements and best practice
• Help manager to deliver on strategies, for example, working with HR International and recruitment of key positions
• Work with Reward to identify compensation trends within the business and local market, including participation in compensation surveys
• Support the year end compensation process, ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
• Work with Management Information System (MIS) and HRS to interpret and act upon information on matters such as diversity, turnover etc.
• Supports regional HR Initiatives.
