The Business Analysts will be engaged to define business improvement opportunities by analysing all components of the business operating model and ensuring that the overall client requirements are agreed and syndicated before, during and after the overall Business Solution design of the Project is developed.

• Asset Servicing
• Cash Equity
• Regulatory target requirements
• Operational STP
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring business requirements & benefits are clearly articulated & integrated within the project or delivery plan.
• Ensuring that the testing & quality approach adopted by the project will highlight that the business requirements have been delivered.
• Defining 'as is' and 'to be' states.
• Managing the delivery of business owned components of the overall business solution design.
• Designing the test strategy and test pack.
• Management of all stakeholders.
Experience & Knowledge:
• Multiple complete project lifecycle experience within Investment Banking or Consultancy
• Experience of business solution design across at least the front to middle office or middle to back office and across multiple asset classes.
• Experience of OTC derivatives.
• Solid understanding of the roles of project and programme managers as well as the other roles involved in the project lifecycle. In addition to the knowledge of processes, methodologies, techniques and best practice involved in change management.
• Extensive technology experience and knowledge so to understand and liaise with technical teams with regard to architecture.
• Either Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
