MSG utilises its skills in research and risk management to develop equity-based financial solutions and services for clients globally providing analysis and market intelligence across key industry sectors. With the expansion of our London-based activities, the opportunity for an Institutional Equity Derivatives sales professional to join the business is now available.

As a flow equity derivatives salesperson, you will play a significant role in helping to establish a new desk capturing institutional investors and hedge funds. Covering a wide product range including listed & OTC vanilla option execution, variance and delta-one swaps, your proven abilities as an all-rounder in a variety of products and in forging strong client relationships will be critical to your success in the role. Some experience of screen trading would be useful but not essential, in covering the various European markets using a trading system, BClear and the Eurex GUI.

You will:

• hold appropriate academic qualifications
• demonstrate a proven and progressive work history in the financial markets
• bring institutional or hedge fund equity derivatives sales experience, ideally in European equity derivatives
• draw on your outstanding client relationship skills to generate and grow the business
• be entrepreneurial in your approach, driven and tenacious
