Position is Vice President level and based in New York.
BackgroundJ.P. Morgan Wealth Management helps wealthy individuals and families protect and grow their wealth, and at the appropriate point, transfer their wealth to future generations. The Private Bank brings advice and solutions to the ultra high-net-worth group, while Private Wealth Management addresses the needs of those in the lower wealth range.
The two businesses are led by separate management teams.
Private Wealth Management has the larger footprint (almost 100 offices in the U.S.), while the Private Bank has fewer offices and a strong global presence.
Each business fields its own sales team, but they leverage much in common, especially product development and management.
There are four product practices: investment, banking, credit and wealth structuring/corporate trustee services.
Marketing support is also shared across the two businesses.
RoleThe Senior Interactive Marketing Manager will partner closely with the product and regional marketing teams to increase the adoption of technology in our marketing efforts, and as a result, enhance the overall client experience.
This role will support the business' needs by formulating and implementing interactive marketing solutions that will help the sales teams connect with and win business from prospects, clients and intermediaries.
The Senior Interactive Marketing Manager will also educate the sales teams on what technology solutions are available, and how and when they should be used to get the most leverage from our products and services.As mentioned above, the Senior Interactive Marketing Manager is responsible for the client's overall online experience and engagement, and must create easily-accessible and client-friendly marketing tools that maintain the privacy and exclusivity of J.P. Morgan's high net worth clientele.
For example, we would like to increase our use of webcasts to deliver timely, relevant information from our senior strategists to our clients.
The Senior Interactive Marketing Manager would be responsible for the development and execution of interactive projects such as webcasts across product platforms, with a focus on creating a timely and interactive experience, while closely adhering to budget and deadline constraints.
This role will need to have Web and technological expertise and have the ability to manage and oversee projects from beginning to end.The Senior Interactive Marketing Manager will also develop strategic recommendations based on key business objectives to increase awareness about our platform and educate clients and prospects on J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's view, all in an effort to drive and retain assets.
For example, we are considering hosting podcasts but need to assess whether this medium makes sense given our platform and clientele.
The Senior Interactive Marketing Manager will also partner with product teams on content delivery strategies; with legal and compliance partners to vet text; and with design/production to package content in the appropriate format.Candidates for this role must have a strong background in technology and new media, and have an eye for creative work.
They must be able to identify and execute on innovative ideas to connect with clients and prospects.
