Internet Product Manager
A key role has been identified to lead several projects in the Private Bank (PB)/Private Wealth Management (PWM) Client Experience group. This position is responsible for planning enhancements to PB/PWM Clients' Internet experience and managing several high-impact Internet projects.
The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of the business in order to design effective solutions for clients and members of the front office. They should also have a high-level understanding of technology and strong project management skills in order to drive projects to completion.
Manage PB/PWM Internet sites and products and execute individually or as a team member multiple J.P. Morgan Online (JPMOL) initiatives
Create project plans including key deliverables, timelines, and responsible parties
Partner with technology teams to execute project plan and manage to target timelines and budget
Communicate throughout the project lifecycle to ensure sponsors, key stakeholders, and senior management are aware of milestones, issues, and project status
Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing
Build effective partnerships with all constituencies using or whose clients use JPMOL in order to define, drive, prioritize, and speak for business requirements
Participate with technology teams in analysis and design, approve specifications
Facilitate communication of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation, training materials, and communication / marketing plans
Provide support for 8-12 releases per year including test script execution and release checkouts. Some weekend/evening work required.Manage "Run-the-Engine" work for J.P. Morgan Online
Work closely with technology groups to resolve production issues
Monitor system availability and advise appropriate parties of outages
Track and prioritize enhancement requests
Determine which enhancements and bug fixes go into future releases
Track website metrics; prepare reports for senior management
Fulfill ad hoc data and analysis requests
