Our client is a leading Global Private Investment Manager with $10 billion of AUM. The firm has offices across the US / Globe focused on Private Equity and Special Situations / Private Debt Investing.

The Credit Solutions / Private Debt business focused on middle market companies is seeking a Senior Analyst. The analyst have a central role in evaluating and investing in complex credits opportunities; providing capital to par, stressed and distressed companies across the capital structure.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years investment experience in a Principal Finance Group or HY / Distressed Credit Fund focused on the Middle Markets. Primarily focus will be on senior, subordinated and mezzanine financings.

- Candidates with prior experience with a BDC is a plus.

- Successful candidates must be team and results oriented; possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; work effectively and flexibly on several investments opportunities.

- Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program is required.

- MBA and/or CFA is ideal.
